Press Release for Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity™ by S.K. Joun

PR WebParenting Tricks and Tips from Experienced Mom of Two
Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity by S. K. Joun teaches parenting techniques to help family life be more enjoyable and manageable.

Arlington, MA (PRWeb) January 12, 2007 -- Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity by S. K. Joun is a fresh collection of parent-tested guidelines on rearing happy and healthy kids. Warm, frank and funny, this manual helps anyone develop and practice all the tools of the parenting trade.

Popular super-nanny shows on TV have shown that more and more parents are hungry for advice on how to be a better parent. While books can help, parents are often too busy to read them all the way through, and magazines simply don't offer enough information. What better format than a collection of quick tips, and who better to give advice than another parent? Mother of two and with a degree in sociology, S. K. Joun has gathered together the crme de la crme of parenting techniques in one handy book that no parent should be without- Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity.

In warm prose, Joun shows how to find a routine that works. She advises how to lose pesky baby weight, the best way to divide up household chores, and how to balance work, family and even make time for mates. Packed with personal anecdotes, side tips and jokes, Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity will prove helpful to any parent.

For more information or to have access to Joun's advice, please visit www.MotherofTwosGuide.com. Mother of Two's Guide to Sanity is available for sale online at Amazon.com, Borders.com, and through additional wholesale and retail channels worldwide.
